Domestic Staff Annual Retreat for INM Province

The Domestic Staff Annual Retreat for the Salesian Province of Chennai for the year 2025–2026 was organized region-wise with the aim of fostering spiritual renewal, strengthening faith, and nurturing a deeper sense of vocation among the domestic staff serving in Salesian institutions. The retreat provided a sacred space for prayer, reflection, and personal transformation, enabling participants to grow in their relationship with God and rediscover the dignity and value of their service within the Salesian mission. The retreat was successfully conducted across four regions—Vellore, Tirupattur, Pondicherry, and Chennai—ensuring wider participation and accessibility for all domestic staff. It was a fruitful and grace-filled initiative that reached a total of 448 participants across the four regions. The retreats not only enriched the spiritual lives of the participants but also reinforced their integral role within the Salesian mission.
