Prayer Intention
Prayer in the Catholic Church is the raising of one's mind and heart to God or the asking for good things from God. Some prayers are said daily, such as the Morning Offering and the Angelus, others are for special occasions, such as the Magnificat. Prayers can be recited in groups, such as the Rosary and the Litany, while others are personal, such as the Act of Contrition and the Memorare. Prayers are based on Scripture, such as the Scriptural Rosary and the Magnificat, while others are inspired by tradition, such as the Salve Regina and the Prayer to St. Michael. Let us join in the prayerful communion with the Church.

I've been trying for a promotion at work for a while now without much avail. Please pray for God's favor and acceleration for holistic growth and enrichment in my career. Most of all I pray for a humble heart in me to give all glory to Jesus for every achievement, promotion, recognition, and increase in my life.

Praise the Lord. I have an urgent prayer request. Please pray for my husband, Shyl. He is having growth in his mouth, and the doctor had suggested a biopsy. Please pray for complete healing. Heavenly Father, we come before You today with hearts full of gratitude and praise. Thank You for blessing Danielle with success in her prelims and guiding her through her studies so far. Lord, as she now prepares to sit for her ICSE board exams, we ask for Your continued presence and strength. Bless Bijoy D’Silva and his family with joy and assurance, knowing that You are faithful to those who call upon You. We place Danielle’s exams and future in Your loving hands.
