Picnic at Sagai Nature Hub: Rural Tourism and Nature Experiences

Takkolam, April 12, 2026: Staff and lay collaborators, together with the director, embarked on a nature escape from the hustles of Chennai’s urban life on April 12, 2026, to Nature Hub at Sagayathottam, Takkolam, Ranipet District, TN, to mark mutual appreciation for the communion in Deepagam’s catechetical ministry through a day-long picnic-cum-outing co-sponsored by Dr. Devanesan and Deepagam – Don Bosco Catechetical Center of Chennai Salesian Province. The Agricultural Farm, Nature Hub, and the College offered a realistic showcase of environmental sustainability and entertainment; the park transformed learning about agriculture and our environment.
