Deepagam Annual Planning

The second-sitting for annual planning of Deepagam activities took place on June 7, 2024 at Director’s Office with the Deepagam team. The April 20th draft was taken up for review in reference to Province Annual Plan (2024-2025). The tentative Deepagam Monthly Programs (2024-2025) is now finalized and approved to draw-up “Educative Pastoral Plan” along with budgetary estimates. The second-sitting that begun at 1:50 PM concluded at 15: 40 PM. Fr. Director reiterated the specific team portfolios to the Deepagam Staff and identified three class of programs that are prioritized accordingly: Regular Catechetical Activities, New Catechetical Activities and Extraordinary Events in the Deepagam Annual Plan.
