Deepagam, Don Bosco Youth Ministry and DBICA jointly organized Youth Christmas Celebration on December 16, 2023. Youths from all five Salesian Parishes in Chennai took part in the Christmas Celebration on a placid evening at St Mary’s Co-Cathedral, Parry’s Corner, Chennai. The Christmas Celebration for Youth began with Eucharist Adorations singing praises to the Eucharistic Lord with Daniel 3:24-45. This Praise and Worship was animated by Fr. Jesudoss P. SDB with songs of praise. Praise and Worship was followed by Reconciliation services and Eucharistic Celebration. Youth Groups from the Parishes of Salesian Presence in Chennai presented Carol singing, which were quite soul-stirring. The gathering was welcomed by Fr. Thamatiruthavam SDB (Rector – St Mary’s Co-Cathedral) and Rev. Fr. John Alexander (Vice Provincial) gave his Christmas message to the gathering. The Youth celebration of Christmas ended with Fellowship meal.
