DEEPAGAM, THE CITADEL, DECEMBER 20, 2024: For the first time, Deepagam.com was previewed by the Deepagam team under able direction by Fr. P.T. Joseph, SDB (SPCSA Webmaster) who paid visit to The Citadel, Kilpauk, Chennai on December 18 followed by Google Meet on December 20, 2024.

Fr. Jesudoss, Director-Deepagam together with his team and Fr. P.T. Joseph, SPCSA, Delhi had a first demonstration of Deepagam Website at Deepagam Hall. The Deepagam site went online on July 02 2024 inaugurated by Most Rev. Fr. Don Bosco, Provincial during the INM Rectors and Leaders meet, which is in its beginning stage (ver. 1) of growth.

Commenting on the website, Fr. P.T. Joseph appreciated the work done in design and development at Yelagiri Hills (a Salesian software development center). The reviewer team had a preliminary walkthrough of the frontend website’s features and Fr. Joseph gave instructions and guidelines to the catechetical team to get involve in the website’s design and maintenance. The Content administration part of the Deepagam website was “very simple and commendable”, he said. He also presented the MyWorkspace in https://www.donboscosouthasia.org (web portal maintained by SPCSA, New Delhi) and demonstrated on how to update the news in the website.
