Most Rev. Fr. Don Bosco L., Provincial – Salesian Chennai Province (INM) paid his provincial visitation to Deepagam, Don Bosco Catechetical Center on December 21, 2024. He was warmly welcomed by the community in the morning at the Deepagam entrance. He privately met Fr. Jesudoss P., Director at his office and later the Deepagam staff. In his personal interaction with the staff, he asked them to focus on the youth and their parents in the Salesian parishes and institutions during the coming Jubilee Year 2025. He said, “Inculcating faith in Salesian way involves information – formation – transformation process.” He added, “Faith formation of children and youth will define everyone’s future.” He pointed out the seniority of the staff in training and keeping abreast with the latest development in catechetical, office and technological spheres. He lauded the works and commitment by the Deepagam team in collaborating in the Salesian youth and parish apostolate. The visitation that began at 10:45 AM concluded at 11:50 AM.
